Owl’s Nest

NOTE: This is not a hotel room. As this is our private condo, please leave it in the same condition you found it (or better). In order to keep the price reasonable we have not contracted a cleaning agency, and therefore there will be a $75 cleaning charge if the condo is left in unsatisfactory condition.

IMPORTANT: On your last day if your intention is to ski for the entire day, please pack up prior to leaving for skiing to ease in the departure process as there maybe new occupants coming in at 4:30.

Background

The name “the Owl’s Nest” was carried over from the first owners. In November 2010, it was purchased by Barbara and Glen. Some of Barbara’s first memories are picnicking on this building site. Barbara has enjoyed over 30 years in this special spot, with her parents owning the condo across the hall.

The Owls Nest comfortably sleeps 6 people. Two in the master bedroom with a king sized bed, four in the adjacent bunk room, and one to two people in the living room. Facilities include: in-suite laundry, full bathtub/shower, sauna in the main bathroom, and en-suite bathroom off the main bedroom. Appliances include microwave, fridge, stove, kettle and coffee maker, fondue pot in the fully equipped kitchen.

Entertainment

We have a number of board games, colouring supplies and some books. There is also an Ipod/MP3 dock and PS3/blu ray player. Instructions for operation on are on the shelf.

Ski Storage

Ski equipment should be kept locked up as much as possible. There is a locker in the hallway marked 305 and a key for that locker is hanging on the hook in the kitchen. There have been thefts in these hallways so keep your equipment out of the way and safe.
